Shalom Zargari comes from a long line of artists. His story begins in Bana, a village nestled in the mountains of Kurdistan, where his father worked as a master goldsmith known for creating beautifully handcrafted jewelry. Surrounded by artistry from an early age, Shalom developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and design.

After spending his childhood in Jerusalem, Shalom eventually made New York City his home. He began his career as a general contractor, where he first learned the fundamentals of carpentry. What started as practical skill‑building soon revealed a deeper passion. Shalom immersed himself in woodworking—experimenting with materials, studying techniques, and refining his craft.

As his abilities grew, so did the influence of his artistic heritage. His work evolved from simple carpentry to bespoke, intricate wood designs that reflect both precision and creativity.
